Our NWP teams' participation in the delivery of over 265,000 gallons of water to residents on the Navajo Nation at the onset of the pandemic. Additionally, their innovativeness in strategically pivoting the way to provide Navajo Nation residents water storage systems, by implementing "tote" installations. The teams are amazing and I am proud to support them. :-)

Tell us about a setback or time something didn’t go as planned last year. How did you or your team move forward and what did you learn?

Frankly, almost nothing last year went as planned. Last year was turned upside down almost from the start! So my colleagues and I looked at the plans we had set out, determined what would need to be pushed back or changed significantly, and got creative about how to provide the most benefit to people in need of water while keeping health and safety at the forefront. I learned that as long as we all know what our ultimate goal is, we can work together to problem-solve any challenges thrown in our way to still achieve the mission.

What are three words you would use to describe our culture at DigDeep?

Uplifting, trusting, fun.
